The sun was out, which won't be the case most of the week. I really enjoyed the weekend, and I even grilled out for some friends on Sun. afternoon. The chiefs game was on, and they won, so that was cool. I learned my lesson on the grill- more indirect heat, less direct heat for a tasty steak. It worked out after a practice run, and we had some great steaks from KCK that a friend of mine sent for my b-day in Aug. As for the bison burgers, that was a different story.
