David Dejesus hits a bomb, the Royals win in the 9th. The game was on Fox Sports West out here, it was good to see the squad come out with an exciting win.
Spent some time on the rooftop this afternoon. It was nice, the temp was in the 90’s, but the breeze cooled things off. This is a slow-tempo weekend for me. Just resting the body. Tomorrow will be my first run in a while. Run, not really. Easy one mile or so. I haven’t really ran but a couple of times in the past 14 months. Should be ok.
